RECYCLING PROCESS
1 RAW MATERIALS
The raw material that feeds the chain comes from recycling plastic waste and residues of domestic and industrial consumption, obsolete objects, scrap for manufacturing defects, etc … that after being picked or gathered by scavengers agents arrive to our facilities
2 SELECCTION
All raw materials that come to our factory undergo a selection process for separating and sorting and throwing away all materials that are unsuitable for recycling plastics and chemicals manufacturer rated across color and type of material
3 CRUSHED
In order to make it more manageable product recycling, objects and pieces from selection are broken and crushed into small pieces, using high-capacity machines especielmente designed for this function
4 WASH AND MIXED
The material has been selected and is washed and then crushed under a centrifuge and dried to remove and separate any impurities like stones, dust, metals, etc. Once washed and dried different plastic remittances are made in special silos and mixed by mechanical processes to achieve a homogeneous material that will be ready for starting the process of extrusion and pelletizing
5 EXTRUSION AN TINTED
The next step is the extrusion production consisting of a mass of soft plastic and which is achieved by uniform application of heat and mechanical processing in an extruder machine. In this process the plastic is colored with the color that is desired to have the final product, and finally the plastic exits as microfilaments that are cooled in water and then cut with a rotary blade called Tallarina, obtaining the grain or granulate recycled plastic
6 PACKAGING AND STORAGE
The pellets obtained and ready to be reused is packaged in big bags called “Big Bags” or smaller capacity bags by destination or specifications of the clients to be the final product
